Can You Store the Leftovers in the Refrigerator?

If you have any leftovers (which let’s be honest, how often does that happen?) they’ll keep in the refrigerator, for about 3-4 days. To maximize the shelf life of your soup cups, refrigerate your soups after opening in a covered glass or plastic container.

All of our products have a 12-month shelf life, starting from the day they are packaged. You can find the expiration date for your soup cups printed on the lids. We want you to have the best experience possible when you choose Power Provisions soups, so it’s recommended that you don’t eat any products that have passed their expiration date.

Save time by making sure to chop the broccoli florets into small pieces. Otherwise they will be crunchy and take longer to cook.

You can cook your broccoli and carrots in the microwave ahead of time, and drop them in your saucepan with the soup as it’s heating up to save some time.

If you’re feeding 2 people with your broccoli cheddar soup cup, you can add cubed potatoes to the saucepan with the carrots and garlic (to soften) adding a hearty and filling factor to your soup.
