Chicken Poblano Soup

If you're keto, low carb, or a gorgeous gorgeous girl, you're going to love this chicken poblano soup recipe. It's incredible easy, using only 5 ingredients, and takes basically no time to make.

Prepare the poblano peppers by slicing them and carefully removing the seeds. Bake for 2 minutes until the skin starts to char. Once cooled, remove the skin and chop up.
Cook the peppers, cauliflower, onions, and garlic together for about 5 minutes. While the veggies are cooking, prepare the chicken vegetable soup cup according to instructions.

- Slice poblano peppers into halves and remove seeds from inside. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper and broil in oven for 2 minutes, or until skin is dark and blistering.
- Remove from oven and let cool - remove skin and chop into smaller pieces. Add to pan on medium heat with cauliflower, onions and minced garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
- In bowl, prepare Chicken Vegetable Bone Broth Soup according to package instructions. Add in cauliflower, peppers, and onion. Add pepper to taste.
