Use Power Provisions Chicken Vegetable Bone Broth as a shortcut to achieving the soup of your dreams. It's keto, paleo, and has 20g of protein. Plus, we're adding cauliflower, onion, poblano peppers, and garlic for a punch of spice and flavor.
Prepare the poblano peppers by slicing them and carefully removing the seeds. Bake for 2 minutes until the skin starts to char. Once cooled, remove the skin and chop up.
Cook the peppers, cauliflower, onions, and garlic together for about 5 minutes. While the veggies are cooking, prepare the chicken vegetable soup cup according to instructions.
Add it all together and enjoy!
