- Keto Broccoli Cheddar Bone Broth Soup
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup minced garlic
- 1/2 cup broccoli florrets
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1.In a saucepan on medium heat, add shredded carrots, minced garlic, paprika and onion powder. Mix well for 2-3 minutes and add chicken stock - let simmer for 5 minutes.
- 2.Add broccoli and mix well for an extra 5 minutes until all veggies are coated with liquid and steamed
- 3.Prepare Keto Broccoli Cheddar Bone Broth soup according to package instructions. Add vegetable mix into cup and garnish with white pepper.
