Ingredients

  • 1 Power Provisions Chicken Vegetable Bone Broth Soup
  • 1 head of kale
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • salt & pepper
  • red chili flakes, garnish
  • green onion, chopped

This Recipe Includes Power Provisions Chicken Vegetable Bone Broth Soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash and dry 1 head of kale. Rip kale into smaller pieces and toss in a bowl with avocado oil.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread kale pieces out in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 12 minutes.
  4. Prepare Power Provisions Chicken Vegetable Bone Broth Soup according to package instructions. Add kale chips to soup and garnish with green onion & red chili flakes. Enjoy!
