Keto Tuscan Soup



  • 1 Italian sausage
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  1. In medium saucepan, add Italian sausage and grill until all sides are cooked. Once cooked, add chopped celery, bell pepper and onion and sauté for about 5-6 minutes
  2. One veggies are sautéed, add small square of cream cheese to pan. Let cheese melt and mix will with veggies and sausage. After a few minutes, remove from heat.
  3. Prepare Coconut Thai Bone Broth soup according to package instructions and transfer to bowl. Add in heavy cream and stir, then top with veggies and sliced sausage. Garnish with black pepper - enjoy!
