- Power Provisions Chicken Vegetable Bone Broth
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 whole poblano peppers
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.Slice poblano peppers into halves and remove seeds from inside. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper and broil in oven for 2 minutes, or until skin is dark and blistering.
- 2.Remove from oven and let cool -remove skin and chop into smaller pieces. Add to pan on medium heat with cauliflower, onions and minced garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
- 3.In bowl, prepare Chicken Vegetable Bone Broth Soup according to package instructions. Add in cauliflower, peppers, and onion. Add pepper to taste.
