Keto Ham & Cheese Roll Ups

It’s time to revamp your afternoon lunches with a Keto-friendly recipe! We love adding things into our soups, but wanted to try out a delicious side and we’re so in love with how it turned out. These roll-ups are the perfect side for our Power Provisions Keto-friendly cheddar broccoli bone broth soup cups! All you need is 5 ingredients and a few minutes and your on your way to a Keto approved, quick lunch that’ll keep you full.

Does it really get much better than meat and cheese? Nope! For this recipe all you’ll need is some danish ham slices (or your favorite cold cut meat), cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese, and some chives for garnish. Pick out your absolute favorite Power Provisions bone broth soup (we went with the cheddar broccoli) and get ready to feast.

To start, mix eight ounces of cream cheese with two tablespoons Worcestershire sauce to give it a tangy, savory taste. Make sure each ham slice is dried off of excess moisture. Lay them out on a clean surface and spread the cream cheese-Worcestershire sauce mixture evenly onto the ham. Cut cheese cubes from a block of cheddar cheese and put a chunk on each ham slice. Roll them up, and cut them in half so they’re easier to eat!

To make your Power Provisions Keto-friendly cheddar broccoli bone broth soup cup, remove the flavor packet and MCT oil packet from the cup. Empty out the flavor packet and pour in the MCT oil. Fill with boiling water up to the fill line inside the cup, and then give it a good stir. Cover it up with a plate or foil for three minutes, uncover, and stir it up one more time. That’s it! You can transfer it to a bowl or drink it right out of the cup (no spoon required).

This recipe is low-carb, full of protein, fats, and FLAVOR! Not to mention extremely easy and time efficient.

Keto Parmesan Bites

You can’t go wrong with tomato soup and a cheesy snack! We’ve all experienced the deliciousness that is tomato soup and a grilled cheese, but we wanted to try something a little different. These low-carb keto parmesan bites are the perfect golden parmesan snack to dip into our Keto friendly creamy tomato bone broth soup.

Power Provisions Keto-friendly Creamy Tomato bone broth soup is made with collagen and MCT oil! It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and is easy to take on-the-go or to enjoy at home. With only 3 grams of net carbs, it’s not a big deal to add an extra something to it. If you have a little extra time to try a new recipe and get crafty, this is the one!

All you need for this recipe is parmesan, eggs, heavy cream, and chives and green onion for garnish!

First things first: preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

To get started on the recipe, grab a large bowl. Crack two eggs into the bowl, then add in your heavy cream and grated parmesan. Whisk it all together until it has a thin batter-like consistency. Using a ladle, fill each ramekin or muffin tin two thirds of the way with your mixture. Sprinkle more grated parmesan on top to get a nice golden layer on top!

Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. To test if they’re done, stick a toothpick or fork into one and see if it comes out clean. You can also go by color – take them out when they’re a nice golden color on top!

While you wait for the bites to bake, make your Power Provisions soup!

To prepare your Power Provisions Keto-friendly Creamy Tomato bone broth soup cup, pour the flavor packet and MCT oil into the cup. Pour hot water to the fill line of the cup. Stir it and cover it up! You can use tin foil, a plate, whatever you have lying around. After 3 minutes, remove the cover and give it another good stir. You can keep it in the cup if you’re on the go or don’t feel like doing dishes, but we like to transfer it to a bowl.

Once you remove the parmesan bites from the oven, leave them in the muffin tin or ramekins to cool for 5 minutes. After that, remove them and transfer to your bowl of soup! Garnish with some chopped green onion and chopped chives. If you’re keeping your soup in the original cup, you can also put the parmesan bites off to the side and dip them into your soup!
