There are so many fitness influencers that it can be overwhelming figuring out where to start getting your inspiration. We compiled a short list of some of our favorite fitness influencers and their best workouts!

Sohee’s Instagram profile @soheefit is full of tips, work out ideas, and healthy messages about dieting and fitness! We love going to Sohee’s page to find her tips on how to correctly do certain exercises. It can be easy to get lost in doing an exercise the same way you’ve always done it, not even realizing your form may be incorrect. Why does it matter? Incorrect form can lead to injuries, and you’re missing out on the full impact of the exercises! We loved two of her recent videos showing common mistakes for pushup and hip thrusts – have you been doing these wrong?

Feeling hip thrusts in your quads too much? I first want to say that while the hip thrust is predominantly a glute exercise, it’s actually very normal to feel a high degree of quad activation. It doesn’t mean that you’re necessarily doing anything wrong per se. In any case, if you’d like to pull back on the quad emphasis, here are 4 tweaks you can try: 1️⃣Scale back on load: Many people find that lifting closer to ~70% of their 1RM or below helps them feel this exercise in their glutes more. While maxing out at low reps can be good for building strength (and stroking the ego!), to work your glutes, try sticking to more moderate loads. 2️⃣Scoot the feet forward: Your feet may be positioned too close to your body. Scoot them forward a bit so your shins are roughly vertical at the top – or they can be a little farther forward if you’d like. 3️⃣Switch to glute bridge: Removing the shoulder elevation can help reduce the stress on the quads. 4️⃣Try feet-elevated: The feet-elevated glute bridge is another variation you can try that takes the quads out of the equation. Sometimes a longer, guided workout is in order. We love hopping over to Youtube and searching up new workout routines. On one of these searches, we found the magnificent MadFit! Her Youtube channel is full of free workouts of all kinds. From 20-minute isolated workouts to a dance workout along to your favorite pop song – she’s got something for whatever mood you’re in! Don’t know about you, but doing a quick dance workout to “Rain On Me” had us ready to move on to one of her full body workouts and really get sweating.
Another of our favorite fitness gurus on Youtube, Kassandra is all about yoga. Her page is full of videos that range from 5 to 45 minutes. Whatever you have time and motivation for – she has a workout for you. We love that she has different flows, meditations, and routines for all types of reasons. Looking to relax before bed? Want to increase your flexibility? Just need a really good stretch? Whatever your need or motivation – Kassandra has a video for it.
Sarah Beth is another one of our go-to instructors for yoga online. Her workouts are all 30 minutes or less, so it’s easy to fit one into your routine each day and get your body moving. It’s amazing having access to her YouTube library, where she has everything from intense ab workouts to a calming flow meant to relieve stress and anxiety. She also has great morning routines to get you limber, awake, and ready for your day. We can’t say we’ve never done one of her morning routines & then came home from work to do a hip stretch later on…
