How People are Incorporating Bone Broth into Their Meals

Bone broth is incredible. It’s a great source of protein and collagen, and it’s a staple in so many peoples’ keto and paleo diets. At Power Provisions, we set out to create rich and flavorful bone broth soup flavors that are Keto and Paleo-friendly. Unlike a lot of other bone broths out there, Power Provisions bone broths are made with MCT oil and simple added ingredients to create a full meal in a cup.  They’re incredible as is, whether you’re enjoying them with a spoon or straight up sipping on them (we fully support this method).

Keto Thai Chicken Soup with our coconut milk Thai bone broth

 

Not only is this recipe perfect for a cozy dinner inside, Annie at Keto Focus made it with camping in mind! If you’re going camping this summer, bring our coconut milk Thai soup cups, some veggies, chicken thighs and cauliflower rice. Make some foil packs with the chicken and veggies and pour it all into some creamy, comforting coconut milk Thai bone broth. It’s hearty, delicious, and we can almost smell it just looking at the photos. We’d also love trying this recipe with shrimp if you’re in more of a seafood mood! Grilled Cheese with Creamy Tomato Soup

 

A classic combo we all know and love! Was this a meal you had to give up when you went Keto? Well, not anymore! Use your favorite low carb bread to make a grilled cheese and dip it into our creamy tomato bone broth soup (which only has 3 grams of net carbs). Jeannette AKA @sweatysweetpotato made hers a little extra special. She made her grilled cheese with jalapeño cheddar for a little kick and topped her creamy tomato bone broth a dollop of whole milk yogurt and some dried parsley. We’re kind of drooling looking at it.

Chicken Vegetable Bone Broth

If you’ve never had soup in a bread bowl, you’re missing out big time. Picture this: you’re at home, eating warm comforting soup out of a literal bowl of bread. You’ll feel like you’re in your favorite café on a cloudy day. If you’re making it Keto-friendly, use your favorite low carb bread OR make your own following this recipe from Keto Focus.

@joyful_health made a quick batch of her own homemade bread, cut a hole in the top of a small loaf, hollowed it out and poured in prepared chicken vegetable bone broth soup. Done! If you’re in the mood for one of our other bone broth flavors, trust us, they’d all be incredible in a bread bowl.

Mushroom Noodle Soup with Coconut milk Thai bone broth

 

Missing out on ramen or other noodle soups? Add your favorite noodles and veggies to our coconut milk Thai bone broth for a creamy, flavorful noodle soup in minutes! While lots of noodles are still pretty high in carbs, there are some great low carb alternatives that go perfectly in our soups. If you’re not particularly worried about carbs, try this version made by Marina @minasmunchiez! She made our coconut milk Thai soup and added onion, mushrooms, ginger and soba noodles.

Okay no confusion this time. Happy Friday everyone!.. I’ve been staying up so late studying lately, apparently I’ve lost track of time the last couple of days. But no worries I’m up to date now. ⁣ ⁣ #ad ..Okay so on to this yummy mushroom soup. I’ve been loving @power_provisions bone broths so much lately. As you guys may I love soups, stews and anything that has a good hearty broth. So these are perfect, whenever I find myself in a rush I pull one of these out, add a whole bunch of veggies, herbs and spices and call it a day. You can add anything to them, the possibilities are endless. For this mushroom soup I used the Coconut Milk Thai bone broth from their line, and simply added onion, mushrooms, ginger and soba noodles. It was super easy and fast to make. Keto Fried Avocado with Cheddar Broccoli Soup

Still looking for inspiration? Try one of our own recipes out! One of our favorites is our cheddar broccoli bone broth soup with added fried avocado! Because does it really get anymore keto than fried avocado? Simply coat avocado slices in almond flour, fry them in avocado oil (or your favorite oil for frying), and add them to our cheddar broccoli soup for some extra creamy, fatty flavor.

There are so many things you can do to keep your Paleo or Keto diet interesting and dress up your favorite bone broth soups! If you’re in a rush or just don’t feel like cooking, enjoy our bone broth soups by themselves in a bowl or straight out of the cup.
