To start off – what makes a soup a soup? Broth!

Traditional soups use regular broths that are super high in sodium. The average can of chicken noodle soup has 2225mg of sodium. Our chicken vegetable bone broth soup (which is both Paleo and Keto friendly) only has 570mg of sodium and a perfect taste that isn’t overly salty.
